Mid-May Garden Poems

This morning, I am trying some ideas for short poems, from what I wrote yesterday.

grateful
to see old friends
time in the yard

flowers bloom
and bees visit
the gardens

primroses, ferns
daffodils, and
bleeding hearts

lily and hyacinth
plants from stores
now by the back door

Mid-May Garden

Some time in the yard, and grateful to see so many old friends. Primroses, daffodils, ferns, small bleeding hearts, and other flowers. We are grateful to see the bees. Our Easter lily plants are in the garden, near the back door. And also the small hyacinth plants we bought at a store.
