Mid-May Garden

Some time in the yard, and grateful to see so many old friends. Primroses, daffodils, ferns, small bleeding hearts, and other flowers. We are grateful to see the bees. Our Easter lily plants are in the garden, near the back door. And also the small hyacinth plants we bought at a store.

new green leaves
on trees that knew

the colors
of dramatic autumn

in silence sometimes
and in small ways

new dreams grow

Create With Blogs

As I learn how to create with blogs, I try some different ideas with posts. Now as I print and reprint, I use the “SIZE MEDIUM” Typography (and as I grow older).

For our series in 2020, I quoted from the King James Version. Over the years, I have read from different Bible translations. Sometimes I vary how I present verses. This is an example. Thank you and blessings.

From Psalm 20

The LORD hear thee
in the day
of trouble . . .

Grant thee
according to
thine own heart,

and fulfill all
thy counsel.

Psalm 20: 1a, 4
