Praying the Psalms helps me in life.

When a new challenge occurs – and these last years and this time are a challenge for all – the words are familiar. I also follow my health care plan every day – practical and consistent. I can feel some anxiety before an appointment, but I have a plan. Extra rest, quiet time, and I prepare and review. Karl helps too. I am grateful for progress. One step, one day, at a time.

Wait on the LORD:
be of good courage,
and he shall strengthen thine heart:
