We are beginning work on a second large print chapbook, in the same style as Quiet Christmas Poetry.  Copies of the Christmas book can be ordered from the Time Of Singing books page.

The theme of the new book is Wisconsin Seasons and Encouragement.  My haiku, “birds perch,” seems to belong in the new book.

Today I am reading Time Of Singing: A Journal Of Christian Poetry (Volume 44, Number 3; Winter 2017/18).  Lora Homan Zill is Editor.  Violet Nesdoly is the Contributing Editor for this issue.

Time Of Singing: A Journal Of Christian Poetry

I am reading the Spring 2017 issue of Time Of Singing: A Journal Of Christian Poetry.  Lora Homan Zill is Editor.  Contributing Editors for this issue are Cleo Griffith and Violet Nesdoly.  Photos in the issue are by Patricia Jackson Conway.

Time Of Singing is a print journal.  I have shared TOS with others over the years, and continue to receive notes of appreciation.

My mother wrote page numbers on the covers, to note publications of my poems.  I have these issues now, and they are special remembrances of my mother’s encouragement.

Poetry is a gift that is appreciated and grows in meaning over time.

You can read more at the TOS site.  Audrey Stallsmith is Webmaster.

Each issue is a work of art.  Thought it would be good to write a post for National Poetry Month.
